We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and organised Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing Accounting & Bookkeeping business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Client Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial discovery, setup, and transition.
- Review and analyse client financial data, business structures, and reporting requirements.
- Establish accounting systems, processes, and reporting templates in accordance with client needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (payroll, tax, bookkeeping, advisory) to ensure consistent service setup.
- Train staff on relevant systems or reporting tools, ensuring understanding and compliance.
2) Service Delivery & Client Management
- Oversee and deliver ongoing accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly management reports, reconciliations, BAS, and financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients for process improvement or efficiency gains.
- Manage client queries and escalations with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role
- CPA or CA Qualified (or equivalent)
- Must be proficient in Xero and MYOB
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly attentive to detail
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Quickbooks, JobAdder and Deputy experience is preferred but not required
