Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team, taking ownership of core financial processes while playing a genuine role in shaping business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the month-end close, including reconciliations and accruals, while producing clear and insightful financial and KPI reporting
- Taking an active hand in the preparation of accurate budgets, forecasts and medium-term financial plans
- Maintaining compliance across statutory requirements, including BAS, IAS, FBT, payroll tax, WorkCover and superannuation lodgements
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to improve financial controls and support better decision-making
- Supporting payroll processing, internal audits, and the ongoing management of asset and capital investment projects
- Driving cash flow management and identifying process improvements to boost efficiency across the finance function

About You
CA or CPA qualified, with solid technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset, and confidence partnering with stakeholders across a growing business. Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus!
