As a Senior Account Executive, your main focus will be on driving sales, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align seamlessly with their business operations.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to meet customer needs Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify improvements and opportunities Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Adept at managing customer relationships and understanding customer needs Ability to analyze market and sales data and draw meaningful conclusions and strategic actions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) by the American Marketing Association is a plus
