As a Senior Account Executive at a growing creative communications agency, you will help lead ambitious PR and digital campaigns for clients.
You’ll work closely with the team to develop ideas, plan activity and deliver work that gets results. From managing live campaigns and building client relationships to supporting junior team members, you’ll play an important role in the agency’s continued growth.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive and creative, with a strong understanding of both traditional PR and digital communications. You’ll be a skilled copywriter, comfortable across social media, and able to keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Campaign management
- Support the ideation, planning and delivery of integrated PR and digital campaigns.
- Manage live campaigns and projects day to day, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Monitor media coverage and social performance, using insight to improve campaign outcomes.
- Develop creative, practical strategies that help clients achieve measurable results.
- Keep up with relevant industry, cultural and digital trends, bringing useful ideas to the team and clients.
Client and media relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and media contacts.
- Issue media releases and support press release sell-in to secure meaningful coverage.
- Provide clients with clear, thoughtful input and creative solutions.
- Represent the agency at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
Content and social media
- Create engaging copy and content for pitches, plans, media releases, creator briefs and social media.
- Oversee the agency's social media presence, ensuring content remains fresh, relevant and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm updates across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Work with influencers and content creators to amplify client messaging and reach new audiences.
Team support and mentorship
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping them produce work that meets agency and client standards.
- Lead pre‑meeting calls where needed, setting priorities, assigning tasks and giving clear guidance.
- Review junior team members' work before it is shared with clients or the wider team.
- Help foster a collaborative, supportive environment where people can develop and do their best work.
Research and analysis
- Research industry trends, cultural moments and current affairs to inform campaign thinking.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify ways to improve future activity.
- Maintain and update media lists, gifting boxes and outreach lists alongside junior team members.
What we’re looking for
- At least two years’ experience in PR, communications within an agency environment.
- Experience managing PR and digital campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and adaptable writing style.
- A natural relationship builder who is comfortable working with clients and media contacts.
- An organised, proactive team player who enjoys supporting and developing junior colleagues.
- A creative problem-solver with a can‑do attitude and a sense of humour.
