Role: Windows Orchestrator Engineer

Location: Bangalore/ Chennai

Exp: 8 - 13 Years

Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Infrastructure Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.
• Strong PowerShell scripting expertise.
• Experience in SCOM administration and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server platforms.
• Experience in workflow automation, runbooks, and system integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks across Windows environments.
• Integrate Orchestrator with SCOM, SCCM, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Windows server infrastructure and automation jobs.
• Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and infrastructure incidents.
• Support SCOM monitoring, management packs, alerts, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to improve operational efficiency.

Good-to-Have

• SCCM / MECM Administration.
• Azure & Azure Automation.
• VMware / Hyper-V.
• ServiceNow integration experience.
• SQL Server administration knowledge.
• Cloud monitoring and automation exposure.
