Job Description: Saviynt Developer - Manager/ Senior Manager/ AD Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Mumbai Experience Required - 6+ Years Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Saviynt Developer/Engineer to design, implement, and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Implement and support Saviynt Identity Governance solutions Design and configure: User lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) Access request workflows Role-based access control (RBAC) Develop and maintain connectors/integrations with target systems (AD, SAP, databases, cloud apps) Configure: Certifications (Access Reviews) Segregation of Duties (SoD) Risk rules and policies Work on REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support Collaborate with business and security teams for access governance requirements Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards Required Skills Strong experience with Saviynt (EIC platform) Knowledge of: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, provisioning) Hands-on experience with: Java / Bean Shell scripting SQL and database concepts Experience integrating with: Active Directory / LDAP Cloud apps (Azure AD, AWS, etc.) Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML Good troubleshooting and debugging skills Preferred Skills Experience with other IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk) Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Certification in Saviynt or IAM domain Experience Required Minimum 6 years (Senior/Lead) Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in agile environments Experience in compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) Exposure to security audits and risk management.
