SailPoint Developer (Manager / Senior Manager)

Job Title: SailPoint Developer (Manager / Senior Manager) Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon Experience: 6+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with 6+ years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with SailPoint solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions while also contributing to leadership and stakeholder management at the Manager/Senior Manager level. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow).

Lead end-to-end SailPoint implementations including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Customize SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems). Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable IAM solutions.

Drive identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, certifications, and provisioning processes. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to IAM systems.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. Participate in audit and compliance activities (SOX, GDPR, etc.). Stay updated with IAM trends and SailPoint product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years in SailPoint development. Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and web technologies (XML, REST/SOAP APIs).

Experience with connectors (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, SAP, etc.). Solid understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, SOD, access certifications. Experience with application onboarding and integration.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership & Managerial Expectations (for Manager/Sr.

Manager Role) Lead project teams and manage deliverables across multiple engagements. Engage with clients/stakeholders at senior levels. Drive solution architecture and decision-making.

Manage team performance, provide feedback, and support career development. Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development. Preferred Qualifications SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityNow Engineer).

Experience in cloud IAM and hybrid environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
