Detailed JD Engage directly with customers to understand and address their business needs related to SAP IBP Demand, Supply, and IO processes.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) functionalities including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization. Possess expertise in system integration to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across enterprise applications. Utilize 8 to 10 years of industry experience to provide effective business solutions and strategic insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and optimize IBP systems and integration points. Act as the primary point of contact for customers by managing expectations and delivering high-quality support and service. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into efficient IBP Demand, Supply, and IO solutions.

Lead integration activities between multiple systems to support business planning and supply chain operations. Provide guidance and support to internal teams and customers on IBP and integration best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IBP Demand, Supply, IO, and system integrations.
