SAP Functional Consultant

Note:-We need someone who understands what business is asking AND knows where that data lives in SAP — so they can translate business requirements into technical requirements for our developer We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA analytics, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role focuses on driving transformation across R2R (Record to Report), O2DC (Order to Delivery Cycle), and P2DD (Procure to Deliver & Distribute) processes through scalable analytics and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead process workshops, gather requirements, and design future-state solutions across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Distribution processes.

Configure SAP modules and support cross-functional integrations involving FI/CO, SD, MM, LE, and PP. Design and validate CDS Views (basic, composite, and consumption) for operational and management reporting. Develop KPI models and semantic layers for SAC and Embedded Analytics, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and performance.

Map SAP transactional data and document lineage across tables, CDS layers, and reporting tools. Support end-to-end testing, reconciliation, cutover activities, and hypercare support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and BI teams to deliver analytics-driven process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience 8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience with S/4HANA implementations. Strong expertise in R2R, O2DC, and P2DD processes. Hands-on experience with CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP tables across FI, SD, MM, and CO modules.

Knowledge of KPI design, data governance, reconciliation, and analytical reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
