SAP FICO Analyst (ECC)

An experienced SAP FICO Analyst is required to provide BAU support within a SAP ECC environment.

Description

• Provide training and support to users as required.Configure and support SAP ECC FICO modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide day-to-day BAU support across finance-related SAP processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues in production.
• Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support process improvements.
• Assist with testing, documentation, deployments, and enhancement activities.

Profile

A Successful SAP FICO Analyst Should Have

• Proven experience supporting SAP FICO within an SAP ECC environment.
• Strong configuration skills across Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Strong configuration skills across Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience supporting Billing processes in SAP ECC.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production support issues.
• Previous experience working in a ticket-based support environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
