Location : Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai Work Model : Hybrid Work Type : Full Time Job Requirements : The product specialist works closely with Business Analyst & Business leaders and owns Salesforce functional design for the value stream, translating business intent into scalable, platform‑fit solutions while guiding backlog and sprint delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes The core aspects of this role are to: Own end‑to‑end Salesforce functional design for the value stream, ensuring solutions are scalable, coherent, and aligned to business outcomes. Translate business intent and value objectives into Salesforce‑fit functional designs, balancing platform capabilities, constraints, and best practices. Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, providing clear articulation of requirements, design decisions, and trade‑offs.

Guide backlog grooming and sprint execution with strong feasibility, effort, and design inputs, ensuring predictable and high‑quality delivery. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce standards and enterprise architecture, supporting UAT readiness, adoption, and successful business sign‑off. Job Summary/Responsibilities Own Salesforce functional design end‑to‑end for the assigned value stream, ensuring coherence across features, releases, and dependent initiatives.

Translate business intent, outcomes, and process requirements into Salesforce‑fit functional designs that leverage standard capabilities over customization. Define functional solution patterns, data models, automation logic, and integration touchpoints aligned to the target architecture. Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, platform standards, security guidelines, and reuse of shared components and services.

Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to support backlog grooming, providing feasibility assessments, effort inputs, and design clarity. Break down complex requirements into well‑defined user stories with acceptance criteria that enable predictable sprint delivery. Provide ongoing sprint support by clarifying requirements, resolving design ambiguities, and supporting build and test activities.

Act as the functional authority for the value stream, validating delivered solutions against business intent and supporting UAT readiness and sign‑off. Qualifications & Skills: Salesforce Functional Solution Design & Configuration: Ability to design and configure Salesforce solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business outcomes. Salesforce Revenue cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce RCA/RCB and standard design patterns to drive fit‑for‑platform solutions.

Solution Pattern Awareness: Experience applying Salesforce best practices, reuse patterns, and standard capabilities over excessive customization Business‑to‑Technology Translation: Proven ability to translate business intent and requirements into effective Salesforce application designs. Articulation & Communication Skills: Strong articulation skills to clearly explain solution designs, trade‑offs, and constraints to both business and technical stakeholders. Stakeholder Bridging Capability: Ability to bridge business acumen with Salesforce features, ensuring shared understanding and alignment across teams.
