Role Description The Quality Manager role is project based, on-site position, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and adherence to quality standards, conducting quality audits, creating strategies to improve institutional processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
They will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, maintain quality assurance documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in quality management practices, process improvement, and auditing standards Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in medical sciences and research Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to train and motivate teams to ensure quality adherence Experience in data analysis and reporting for quality and performance metrics Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting is a plus
