Salesforce Change Manager- Contract

Role: Salesforce Change Manager Contract Duration: 3+ Months (with potential for extension) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Time Zone: IST Overlap US/UK Shift Job description: We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist proficient in Salesforce.com. Ideally, this candidate will have a Prosci certification or equivalent expertise, a background in technology or digital transformation, and 3 to 4 years of professional experience, including 1 to 2 years in change management and instructional design. As a key member of our team, you will support the smooth integration of change initiatives across our organization.

Responsibilities: Change Strategy Development: Assist in developing change management strategies for Salesforce.com implementations and digital transformation projects. Help analyze the impact of technological changes on business processes and contribute to strategies addressing organizational challenges. Prosci Certified or Equivalent Expertise: Support the use of Prosci or equivalent methodology to plan and execute change initiatives.

Assist in applying Prosci principles to assess organizational readiness, identify key stakeholders, and develop targeted communication and training plans. Training Strategy, Plan, and Development: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing training programs tailored to diverse stakeholders, ensuring the effective acquisition of skills and knowledge for successful Salesforce.com technology adoption. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and effective training materials.

Provide ongoing support and resources to facilitate continuous learning. Stakeholder Engagement: Help identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to build support for change initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to ensure successful change adoption.

Communication Planning: Contribute to the development of clear and concise communication plans to articulate the benefits of change and address potential concerns. Assist in implementing communication strategies that resonate with various audience segments. Salesforce.com Integration: Work closely with Salesforce.com administrators, business analysts, solutions architects, and developers to understand system changes and ensure alignment with change management strategies.

Facilitate the integration of change management processes into Salesforce.com projects. Qualifications: Prosci Certification or equivalent expertise is preferred. Demonstrated experience in change management within the context of technology implementations; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Background in technology or digital transformation projects. Minimum of 2 years of instructional design experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
