Job Overview We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist – Saviynt IGA Consultant for a remote part-time freelance engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) , identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, compliance, and enterprise IAM integrations.

The consultant will work with global stakeholders across Security, IT, HR, Audit, and Compliance teams to improve identity security, automate access processes, and strengthen governance controls. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, and optimize Saviynt IGA solutions • Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes • Implement and maintain RBAC models and access governance policies • Configure access request, approval workflows, and certification campaigns • Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning automation • Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and enterprise applications • Support IAM compliance audits and access reviews • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python and REST APIs • Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide root cause analysis • Support PAM initiatives and privileged access governance.
