Due to continued growth, they are expanding their operations team with the appointment of a Sales Support Administrator to help maintain service levels, support internal teams and enhance the customer journey.\n\nWith a strong reputation for service, modern systems and a collaborative working culture, the business offers long-term career prospects within a stable and growing organisation.\n\nJob Overview \n\nAspion are leading the search for Sales Support Administrators to join a busy operations and sales support team in Liverpool. This role supports the full finance process from quotation through to completion, working closely with sales teams, lenders and customers.

Success in the role will come from delivering accurate administration, excellent customer service and helping maximise new business conversion.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProduce accurate finance quotations across finance and lending products\nSupport new business enquiries and assist with sales pipeline progression\nManage dealer, broker and customer queries through to resolution\nProcess settlements, documentation and funding administration\nSupport Business Development Managers with account administration\nMaintain service levels across key accounts and internal stakeholders\nAssist with commission schedules, campaigns and promotional activity\nEnsure all activity is compliant with FCA and internal procedures\nIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality\nPerson Specification\n\nExperience in sales support, business support, operations or customer service\nBackground in finance, broker, lending or financial services advantageous\nYou must be able to commute to the office based in Liverpool city centre.\nStrong administrative accuracy and attention to detail\nConfident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and internal platforms\nStrong communication skills with customers and business partners\nCommercial awareness with a customer-first mindset\nBenefits\n\n £27,000 - £29,000 base salary\nPerformance -related bonus scheme\nHybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in the office\nPension scheme\n25 days holiday allowance + bank holidays\nModern Liverpool city centre office\nStructured training and career progression\nStable, growing business within the finance sector\nSupportive management team and collaborative culture\nNext Steps\n\nApplications are being reviewed immediately.
