Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Specialist Company: Sprint Park Solutions Pvt ltd – Kondapur, Hyderabad - Telangana Experience: 4-7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate Requirement – Join within 15 – 30 days About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Sprint Park Solutions Pvt Ltd. This is a high-energy, field-oriented role with excellent earning potential for top performers. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate high-quality leads through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, targeted email campaigns, industry networking events and strategic field visits.

Conduct professional product presentations, on-site assessments, live equipment demonstrations, and technical consultations to showcase value propositions. Prepare customized proposals, technical specifications, safety certifications, project case studies, and competitive quotations. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment milestones, delivery schedules, and project timelines to successfully close high-value deals.

Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline visibility, daily activity logs, and forecasting reports. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to secure repeat business, referrals and opportunities.

Ensure seamless handover of closed projects to the design, production, and installation teams for timely and successful execution. Required Skills & Qualities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities with a proven track record of managing full-cycle B2B sales processes.

High energy, self-motivation, target-orientation, and comfort with extensive field work and travel. Pleasant personality with a customer-centric mindset and excellent relationship-building capabilities. Ability to clearly articulate technical product features, safety standards, installation requirements.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite, and LinkedIn for effective lead generation and pipeline management. Qualification & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B product sales.
