CTC: upto 6 LPA fixed( can increase the budget - depends on Interview) Looking for Immediate joiner who can come for face 2 face interview on Monday - 13th April. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional with strong experience in the Recruitment or HR Tech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent networking skills and established connections with HR professionals, enabling faster business acquisition and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in recruitment and HR Tech space Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, and decision-makers Pitch recruitment/HR solutions and close deals effectively Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to closure Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress regularly Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction Key Requirements 2–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development Prior experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Tech industry is mandatory Strong existing network with HRs / Talent Acquisition professionals Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales Familiarity with CRM tools Ability to build long-term client relationships What We Offer Attractive incentive structure Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment Opportunity to work with leading clients in HR ecosystem
