The Sales Executive will actively identify and engage prospective clients, develop and maintain customer relationships, and assist clients in finding suitable residential solutions. Responsibilities include presenting project details, negotiating terms and conditions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will closely collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely updates on project progress. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 2–5 years in Real Estate or Site Sales.
Ability to understand and present project details clearly and effectively Knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulatory framework in India Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and basic reporting tools Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is an advantage Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
