Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist have to identify the needs of clients and shall have a proper knowledge of fabrics and fits.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and resolve queries professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support customer onboarding when needed.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced or innovation-driven environment.
• Comfort with using CRM software and basic office productivity tools for tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Results-oriented approach, resilience in managing rejection, and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
