Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Sales Representative, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland.

In this position, you will:

• Acquire new payment card merchants in the designated area and service current customers under the company's business care in the assigned territory
• Conduct meetings with current and potential clients, establish new business relationships, and provide after-sales customer service
• Specify detailed terms of cooperation and execute them in accordance with legal regulations and the company's standards
• Prepare reports, commercial offers, monitor the market and competitors' activities, and develop business relationships
• Participate in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in direct sales in the Fintech industry
• At least secondary education
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel
• Proficient use of computers in daily work (Microsoft Office and other sales network applications, e.g., CRM)
• High personal culture, ease in establishing contacts and building long‑term customer relationships, excellent time management, independence, and goal‑oriented approach, ability to deliver presentations
• Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
• Fluent knowledge of Polish language, knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
