Ojo de Agua is the food & beverage producing business of the Swiss based Meier family. Our activities are guided by a long-term approach balancing innovation, social responsibility and rationalism. Ojo de Agua comprises two activities:
- Our Bodega Ojo de Agua in Mendoza, Argentina, strives to craft exceptional wines from our extraordinary terroirs; characterized by unique combinations of soil, climate, and expertise in organic viticulture. Our wines celebrate Argentina’s heritage and elegance.
- We raise black Angus and Hereford cattle on our renowned Estancia Ojo de Agua in the Pampa Humeda, in Argentina, and via our Breeders Group. We are passionate about Argentine Premium Beef and offer our cuts to customers worldwide.
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Latam Sales Representative with a strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success in B2B wine sales in the Americas. The role combines driving sales in the region and contributing to our international growth agenda. Starting Date: As of August 2026 (flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio: Manage an existing portfolio of distributors and brokers in the Americas.
- Grow sales revenue: Grow revenue with existing clients and via acquisition of new customers within the Americas in alignment with the sales strategy.
- Sales Forecasting: Keep the organisation updated with a rolling monthly updated sales forecast for your markets.
- Represent Ojo de Agua in high-level discussions with clients and at events.
Sales Strategy
- Co-develop the Americas sales strategy together with the MD Bodega Ojo de Agua and our International Business Development Manager.
- Contribute actively to business development topics such as portfolio management, pricing strategy, marketing & sales campaigns, sales channel development, etc.
Required Qualities & Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success in B2B wine sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to implement strategies in fast-paced, evolving contexts, balancing long term and short-term objectives
- Communicate and negotiate confidently with different stakeholders and build strong customer relationships naturally
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English, Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel and Power Point
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Latam
