How Can You Make an Impact?

Join McGraw Hill as a Sales Representative for Chile and South LatAm and play a direct role in advancing digital education in the medical and professional space. In this role, you will own the MH Professional sales revenue for your territory, driving new business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding access to impactful digital learning solutions across multiple countries.

You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare education and technology, partnering with universities, medical institutions, and key stakeholders to bring world-class academic resources to the next generation of medical professionals. Your efforts will directly shape how institutions in the South Cone adopt and sustain digital education tools, making a lasting difference in the quality of professional training across the region.

This position is located in Chile, availability required to travel in the region and surrounding countries as Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive new business by developing and implementing strategic growth plans for digital products across Chile and South LatAm
  • Manage the regional sales budget and meet growth expectations for digital solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, medical departments
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and procurement regulations
  • Present and evaluate products to academic departments, including medical schools and professional programs
  • Develop sales skills through structured training, new processes, and direct manager guidance

We Are Looking For Someone With…

  • Medical, nursing, or pharmaceutical chemistry background
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in different platforms
  • Experience engaging with universities or academic institutions
  • 0–3 years of professional experience, this is a junior-level role; sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience in pharma or medical education sales
  • Familiarity with digital education products or EdTech platforms
  • Experience navigating multicultural or multi country environments
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different countries simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a travel-intensive role
