• Basic Japanese skills a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Business level)
• Excellence customer service

• Prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
• Excellent team development skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to drive and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a plus
• Must be able to lift up 80lb of product
