Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, sales and solution-minded individual to join our team as our Sales Receptionist. This is a key role within our business to grow the number of dogs in daycare and explain the benefits of our services to our beloved pet parents! Requirements ABOUT YOU: You love dogs.

ABOUT THE FRONT DESK ROLE: As a Dogtopia Sales Receptionist, your job will entail meeting and greeting customers and their active, playful dogs. This is a high energy, active position and you may get dirty, but it's also very rewarding for those who LOVE working with dogs!

The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups. Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude! Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone, in person, via text and email Proven track record in sales and customer service Share information about our daycare packages and enrollment with Pet Parents Check pups in out of daycare and boarding Upsell Spa packages The Rules by which we, as DOGTOPIANS live by are: We LOVE life unconditionally like a dog.
