Sales & Operations Executive

Pick Your Trophies is a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, medals and mementos. We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Operations Executive to manage sales coordination, client relationships and day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales orders.
• Coordinate with clients, production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Manage CRM, sales records and order tracking.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support business development and generate new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate inventory, dispatches and operational activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of customer orders from enquiry to delivery.

Requirements

• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Experience in sales coordination, operations, customer support or business development is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders efficiently.
