Sales Operations Coordinator – Full Time – Watford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to join a growing business based in Watford. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing customer service, sales administration, logistics coordination and day to day operational activities. You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth flow of information, orders and deliveries across the business.

Your new role

• Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the internal sales administration team.
• Allocate workloads and ensure priorities and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and logistics activities.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, couriers and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and proactively manage any delivery issues.
• Ensure sales enquiries are handled efficiently and responded to promptly.
• Oversee the flow of communication between customer service, sales and operations teams.
• Track and follow up quotations and customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
• Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions before they impact customers or business operations.
• Keep management informed of key deadlines, business risks and operational concerns.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a senior administration, operations or sales support position.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong logistics, delivery coordination or supply chain experience.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• A proactive and solution focused mindset.
• The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
