CTC: 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Dehradun, Rishikesh, Roorkee, Almora, Srinagar, Pithoragarh, Uttarkashi UK

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of Advisors
• Guide & support team to achieve sales targets
• Drive business growth through agency channel
• Implement sales plans and market strategies

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduation.
• Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
