Job Description

My client, an internationally recognised hospitality brand, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join one of its flagship London venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships, driving new business and creating local partnerships. Reporting to the General Manager and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering the venue’s commercial strategy and driving revenue across corporate events, group bookings and local marketing initiatives.

Although you’ll be based at one London venue, you’ll also support the wider regional team with events and commercial activity across multiple sites.

The Role

Drive corporate, group and private event sales. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, tour operators, DMCs and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities across MICE, group bookings and private events.

Deliver local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive footfall. Manage and support the on-site Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Maintain CRM activity, reporting and sales pipelines.

Work closely with operational teams to maximise commercial performance and guest experience. Represent the business at networking events, trade shows and industry events.

About You

  • Previous sales experience within the hospitality industry.
  • A strong background in MICE, corporate events and group sales.
  • Knowledge of the London corporate and tourism market.
  • Experience using CRM systems (TripleSeat and OpenTable would be advantageous).
  • A proactive approach to business development and account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality.
