We’re Hiring | Sales Executive Navilu Group is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives who can go beyond calling — someone who can own the funnel and drive lead conversions and closures for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Experience: 1+ years (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory) Core Objective: Maximize qualified site visits and conversions from inbound & outbound leads Key Responsibilities: • Engage and qualify leads from digital platforms and campaigns • Build strong rapport with prospects and create urgency for conversions and closures • Consistently follow up to convert enquiries into qualified leads and successful closures • Coordinate with team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion • Track, manage, and nurture leads through CRM until final conversion • Maintain strong conversion ratios (Enquiry → Closure) What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in lead conversion / pre-sales / telecalling • Strong persuasion, objection handling & follow-up skills • Ability to work in a results-oriented, collaborative environment with a focus on quality conversions • Real estate sales experience is a strong advantage Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (linked to lead conversions) Interested candidates can DM or share resumes at [email protected] or [email protected] Know someone who can convert conversations into site visits ?
