As a Social Media Manager, you will be crucial in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition. Experience: 3+ Years in advertising/creative agency CTC: up to 6 Lacs Job Location: Iyyapanthangal, Porur, Chennai Immediate joining is preferred. Responsibilities: Complete Social Media Management for allotted brands.

Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results Strategies for various industry segments, including Hospitality, Fashion, Restaurants, IT, Education, and more. Measure and monitor social activity. Find out what works, tweak, and improve communications, tactics, and campaigns.

Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas for social media viral marketing. Deliver regular dashboards on social media account performance and derive insights to inform or evolve the social media strategy. Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community daily, providing customer service wherever necessary.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content writers to create the most effective content for clients. Conduct timely competitor analyses for all brands to ensure they stay up to date with the latest trends. Initiate and schedule regular client meetings to keep them informed.

Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high level of creativity. Meet deadlines and report to senior managers and clients as needed. Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment.

Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media marketing. Connect with industry professionals and influencers through social media to establish a robust network. Qualifications 3+ years of proven social media experience in an agency.

Must have a go-getter attitude and be aware of various social media trends. Should be extremely creative with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovative social media strategies. Excellent communication and client servicing skills.

Familiarity with SMM tools that drive social traffic. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
