JUNIOR SALES MANAGER – VAVA Eyewear (Porto)


Founded in 2014, VAVA is a leading premium independent eyewear brand recognized for its design innovation and craftsmanship. We’re seeking a Junior Sales Manager to drive global wholesale growth and strengthen our B2C presence. Acting as a key brand ambassador, you will manage the full sales cycle from client acquisition and order management to after-sales service ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders from international tradeshows (Paris, Milan, New York) and stores (B2B) using our ERP system.
  • Manage wholesale and B2C orders coordinating closely with logistics teams.
  • Support warehouse with customer services / after-sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand VAVA’s global market presence.
  • Identify and onboard new retailers maintain and grow existing relationships.
  • Help to oversee regional sales agents, set targets, and monitor performance through KPI analysis.
  • Provide market insights, sales forecasts, and product feedback.
  • Represent VAVA at key international fairs, promoting the brand and client’s relationship.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to deliver engaging campaigns.


Your Profile

  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience managing international clients and sales agents.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about premium design and craftsmanship.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.


Job Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a “hands-on” and “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and execution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Computer literate; solid knowledge of MS Office and ERP or retail software.
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to travel internationally.


Preferred:

  • Passion for fashion, design, or eyewear.
  • Fluency in an additional language (German, Spanish, or French).
  • Sensibility for contemporary art, design, and aesthetics.
  • Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
  • Experience with social or environmental impact initiatives.
