Job Description Sales Manager– Independent Retail Channels\nReady to take ownership of key accounts and make a real commercial impact?\nWe’re looking for a driven and highly organised Account Manager to lead and grow relationships across independent retail channels including electrical retailers, department stores and garden centres.\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll manage accounts end to end and spot opportunities and deliver measurable results\nWhat you’ll be doing\n * Owning the full commercial performance of your accounts, including budget and P&L\n * Building and strengthening relationships with key independent retail partners\n * Identifying and maximising new sales opportunities\n * Planning and executing customer range reviews and promotional calendars\n * Delivering insightful sales analysis and performance reporting\n * Leading customer meetings and presenting compelling proposals\n * Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth supply and product delivery\nWhat we’re looking for\n * A commercially minded self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude\n * Strong relationship-building and communication skills\n * Confident leading meetings and influencing stakeholders\n * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail\n * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\n * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment\nExperience\n * At least 1 year’s experience managing independent retail channels\n * Experience with buying groups such as CIH (Euronics) or Sirius is a plus\nWhy join?\nYou’ll be part of a flexible, supportive, and collaborative environment that encourages initiative and rewards results.
