A typical day in the life of a Sales Manager: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Attend weekly video hangout meetings regarding club KPI performance. Proven experience of sales results, however not necessarily in the fitness industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
