We’re seeking someone who embodies the agency’s core values – aspirational, motivated, and ready to lead. In this pivotal Office Manager role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the business, combining hands-on involvement with strong organisational leadership. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll bring a grounding, confident presence to this office-based position, overseeing client relationships, managing sales progression, and welcoming walk-in enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
