Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager for Hyderabad with 10–12 years of experience in orthopedic, medical device, or surgical sales. The candidate must have strong relationships with orthopedic doctors, KOLs, hospital purchase teams, and distributors. This role involves driving sales strategy, expanding market presence, and building partnerships across hospitals and channels.

Sales Leadership in assigned geography ● Drive sales growth by developing and executing a robust market strategy for assigned geography and surrounding areas. ● Own revenue targets,channel expansion, and profitability metrics. 2. Market Expansion & Business Development ● Build and leverage strong relationships with hospitals, orthopedic doctors, PMR Doctors,physiotherapists, and rehabilitation centers. ● Establish and nurture partnerships with major medical device distributors and dealers in the assigned region. 3.
Relationship & Key Account Management ● Maintain close relationships with top clinicians, medical decision-makers, and hospital procurement heads. ● Conduct product demos, training sessions, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagements. 4. Strategic Collaboration ● Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer feedback loops inform product innovation and sales campaigns. ● Collaborate with the leadership team to create long-term growth plans and expansion strategies. 5. Data-Driven Performance Optimization ● Use analytics and market insights to refine sales strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs). ● Continuously assess competitor activity and emerging market trends to maintain Lumov’s competitive edge.
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field. MBA preferred. Regional Network: Must have strong, existing connections within the hospitals and doctor fraternity (and Physiotherapy chains) and relationships with major medical device distributors In assigned geography. ● Leadership: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. ● Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; analytical mindset with a strategic approach. ● Adaptability: Multitasker ● Attitude: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
