Job Description

We are working with a fast growing international grab and go brand that is expanding its sales channels across HORECA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to build something from the ground up and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across HORECA channels
  • Build and manage long term client relationships
  • Identify commercially viable opportunities that the business can realistically support
  • Work closely with operations to ensure sales growth is sustainable
  • Contribute to the overall commercial strategy as the brand expands internationally

About you

  • Proven experience in HORECA or food and beverage sales
  • Strong new business development background
  • Commercially minded and operationally aware
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Based in London or Barcelona, or willing to be based in either location
  • Ambitious, driven and motivated by growth

Package

  • Base salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Commission structure with realistic year one earnings of £90,000 to £95,000
