This is a cradle-to-grave sales position offering a high level of autonomy, where you will be instrumental in driving new business while nurturing existing client relationships.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nIdentifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets\nManaging the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals\nBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships\nUnderstanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions\nPreparing and presenting quotations and proposals\nCollaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery\nContributing to sales strategy and business growth initiatives \n\nThe Candidate\n\nThe successful candidate will be a commercially driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering results within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.\n\nKey requirements:\n\nPrevious experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role\nProven ability to manage the full sales life-cycle independently\nExperience selling capital equipment such as CNC machinery, laser cutting solutions or similar is highly advantageous\nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomously\nFull UK driving licence \n\nThe Package\n\nUp to £55,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)\nCommission structure (negotiable)\nCompany car (negotiable)\nEmployee -owned business - all employees benefit from company profits\nClear progression opportunities\nHigh level of autonomy within the role \n\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to join a prospering, employee-focused business where your contribution will have a direct impact on continued growth and success.\n\nASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
