Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 3 days from office, 2 days from home)
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Intern to join our team and help us develop our client base.

At WISH I WAS THERE, we’ve built a game-changing FINTECH Hotel Distribution Channel.
How WIWT works?
Consumers buy inside the apps they already trust—banking, payments, loyalty, mobility, retail, and digital lifestyle platforms where travel is simply another transaction.
If hotels are not present in these ecosystems, demand is captured before it ever reaches traditional travel channels.
WIWT gives access to these emerging booking environments, turning modern consumer apps into a new revenue channel.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Intern, you’ll work closely with our team on a wide range of sales and business development activities, including:
- Identify and research potential hotel partners and travel creators
- Research and gather information on prospective hotels and key decision-makers
- Conduct cold and warm outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and other channels to generate and convert leads
- Present and promote our solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested prospects
CRM & Contact Management
- Keep our CRM organized and up to date
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
- Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and sales activities
Client Onboarding & Support
- Assist new hotel partners and creators in setting up their accounts
- Support onboarding calls and help troubleshoot initial questions
Growth & Market Research
- Explore new strategies for acquiring hotel partners and creators
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Provide feedback and insights on sales processes and potential improvements
Who We’re Looking For

- Organized – you can manage multiple leads and tasks without losing track
- Growth-Minded – curious about sales, marketing, and creative ways to grow a business
- Comfortable Communicating – whether on the phone, in email, or during onboarding calls
- At least an advanced level of English(other languages are a plus)
Requirements
- Available full-time (40 hours/week) for a period of 6 months
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Must be enrolled in a university program to qualify (school agreement required)
- Must hold an EU citizenship or a valid visa to stay in Spain
- Strong interest in sales, technology, and the hospitality industry
- Client-service mentality with willingness to take responsibility beyond direct duties
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of at least one additional language is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume outreach environment
- Proactive, solution-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
