Job Description
Job Summary:
DIYA is seeking for an experienced and dynamic head to lead onboarding of channel partners, drive sales and manage end-to-end customer support for our Robotics education programs in Institutions (B2B and B2C). The role involves overseeing sales cycle, ensuring successful setup of robotics labs, hiring and training mentors, managing finances and maintain strong relations with the school administrators. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership, partner management, and operations, as well as a passion for education and technology.
Prior experience in education field will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Partner Onboarding and Sales – B2B and B2C
• Identify and onboard channel partners (CP) and Outreach Partners (OP) to promote and sell our robotics education solutions to Institutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with partners to drive growth
• Responsible for achieving Sales Target of given by organization
• Manage end-to-end sales process from Lead generation to closure with Agreements signed with Institutions and Partners
• Recommend pricing strategies / tactics for the region
Operations and Customer Support:
• Manage the full customer lifecycle through sales, implementation and post-sales support phases
• Ensure smooth set up of Robotics labs, arrange training sessions for mentors/teachers, manage timely kit supplies, and other technical support needed for effective functioning of the program
• Ensure monthly income statements are managed, with a focus on sales performance, cost tracking, and profit margins
• Oversee the follow-up on payments from schools, ensuring all transactions are processed timely and accurately
• Provide regular reports to reporting manager regarding performance, sales pipeline, customer satisfaction, and regional growth
Financial Management & Payments:

• Maintain a clear and transparent financial record of sales, expenses, and outstanding payments
Brand Representation & Relationship Building:
• Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and school meetings, further establishing our brand presence
• Cultivate long-term relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner for their educational solutions
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and negotiating skills
• Experience in setting up processes for client onboarding, customer support, and team management
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, invoicing, and financial statements
• Passion for education and a strong understanding of the robotics or STEM education market.
• Ability to travel within the state for client meetings, partner visits, and events.
