Job Summary

We are looking for Marketing, Sales & Communications Experts to support a project focused on reviewing, reconstructing, and improving high-impact business presentations. You will use your expertise in presentation design, visual storytelling, marketing, sales, and communications to create polished PowerPoint slides that support AI training and evaluation.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconstruct business presentation slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Improve slide layouts, visual hierarchy, data visualization, and storytelling while maintaining factual accuracy.
• Review and edit slide content for clarity, structure, and effective communication.
• Create detailed notes explaining improvements and the rationale behind elements intentionally preserved.
• Work across presentation types, including marketing campaigns, brand strategies, sales decks, executive presentations, and investor communications.
• Apply critical thinking to strengthen messaging and ensure claims are clear and evidence-based.
• Ensure presentations follow best practices in marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
• Maintain industry-specific context, definitions, and important qualifications when refining content.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, corporate communications, or a related agency environment.
• Proven experience creating executive-level presentations for senior leaders or clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of slide layout, visual hierarchy, presentation design, and data visualization.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design and content decisions.
• Practical industry or practitioner experience in marketing, sales, or communications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric-based assessment.
• Experience developing executive, investor, or client-facing presentations.
• Strong visual storytelling and content-editing abilities.
• Background in sales presentations, marketing campaigns, or corporate communications.
