The Role You will take ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to conversion , ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of our brand. This includes: Engaging with inbound enquiries in a confident, professional manner Understanding customer needs and guiding them through available options Building trust and handling questions with clarity and credibility Converting opportunities while maintaining a premium customer experience Managing follow-ups and maintaining momentum with each client This is a target-driven role , but one where success comes from doing the basics exceptionally well.

Who This Role Suits This position is well suited to individuals with at least 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, particularly from: Retail or hospitality Insurance or financial services Advertising or media sales More importantly, you will be: A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Naturally driven and commercially aware Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Motivated by both performance and progression.
