You will play a key role in expanding our client base while strengthening existing partnerships. Our core offerings include promotional products, branded apparel, print services, and company e-stores. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively communicate the value of these solutions and position them strategically to meet client objectives.

Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive inside sales strategies, including outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
Utilize NetSuite and other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline performance. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of our promotional products, apparel, print solutions, and company e-stores.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with clients’ marketing teams to develop and support customized online platforms that streamline their print, promotional, and apparel programs.
