Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland , we operate across the UK and European logistics markets , delivering reliable haulage solutions through outstanding service, technology and a customer-first approach. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Warsaw team and looking for ambitious Sales Executives to help drive our UK business.

Your role

You'll focus on winning new business, building long-term customer relationships and growing your own portfolio across the UK market.

What you'll be doing

• Generating new business through email campaigns, LinkedIn and referrals.

• Conducting outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.

• Building and managing long-term customer relationships.

• Identifying customer transport needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.

• Preparing quotations and negotiating competitive transport rates.

• Following up on sales opportunities to maximise conversions.

• Managing your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.

• Working closely with the Operations team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

✅ What we're looking for:

Essential

• Previous experience in B2B sales, logistics, transport or freight forwarding.

• Experience in outbound sales or telesales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in identifying customer needs, handling objections and closing deals.

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience within UK haulage or freight brokerage.

• Experience using HubSpot CRM.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering strong sales results.
