Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to manage field sales operations. The role involves expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory Visit Kirana stores, supermarkets, malls, and B2B clients Identify and generate new business opportunities Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets Gather market feedback and track competitor activities Handle basic order processing and coordinate with internal teams Requirements: Gender: Male Experience: Fresher to 1 year in sales (FMCG experience preferred) Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate Strong communication and presentation skills Confident, presentable, and responsive personality Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve queries Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Working Details: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary & Benefits: Salary: 10,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Petrol allowance provided Product training will be provided
