Overview
In this role you drive growth for elevator replacement and modernisation in the North, managing both proactive prospecting and reactive selling. You will engage with building owners, managers and consultants to identify ageing assets and shape modernisation programmes. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver windfalls in revenue, margin and customer outcomes.

- Own and grow the full replacement and modernisation sales pipeline in the Northern territory
- Meet or exceed sales, revenue, margin and pricing targets in the region
- Establish new client relationships through targeted prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (owners, managers, consultants, agents)
- Manage opportunities from identification through negotiation, awarding contracts and handover
- Identify ageing or underperforming assets for modernisation or replacement
- Support customers with forward-looking modernisation programmes using asset management principles
- Apply a structured, consultative approach focusing on customer outcomes
- Understand operational, financial, compliance, safety and building-specific needs
- Record all sales activities, forecasts and customer data in CRM/Salesforce
- Maintain willingness to travel extensively across the North (3 days/week) and hold a full UK driving licence
- Elevator industry experience preferred
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication of technical and commercial information to diverse stakeholders
- Commercially driven, results-focused with the ability to develop opportunities in existing portfolios
