Sales Executive

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a consultative sales experience
• Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services
• Confidently handle objections and close sales opportunities
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process

About You

• Previous sales experience is preferred (contact centre, retail, hospitality, telecoms, recruitment, financial services, or similar)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
• Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, develop, and succeed
• Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
