Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager Office-based (with flexibility to visit clients) £30,000 - £40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+) Reference: ASPLIV Ready to build something from scratch and actually earn from it? We're working with a growing, well-established metals business that is built on relationships, reliability, and results - and now they are looking for a driven sales professional to join the team. This isn't an account management role where you inherit a pipeline… This is for someone who wants to hunt, win, and grow their own portfolio. The Opportunity You'll be joining a tight-knit, down-to-earth team within a business that operates across stainless steel, coil, and aluminium products, supplying customers across the UK and internationally. With strong backing, a solid supplier network, and recent growth into aerospace, you'll have everything you need to succeed. What You'll Be Doing Generating new business through proactive sales activity Building your own customer base from scratch Developing and growing existing and lapsed accounts Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to order Negotiating with customers and suppliers Working closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounts) Visiting customers when needed What's in It for You?
