What will your first-year look like? Upon joining you'll go through 4 weeks of fully paid, industry specific training New starters earning thousands in their first commission check Guaranteed commission of £500 per month in your first 3 months Uncapped commission AND a quarterly bonus + fantastic career routes Unlimited access to awards, trips away, salary increases, and growth… Responsibilities You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, assisting with managing their diaries, and taking a chunk of the reward when they close the appointments you book. You must be comfortable generating your own leads, making outbound calls, and building rapport.
