Overview NEW RESTAURANT OPENING! Boston is one of the most beautiful and important cities in the country โ€“ rich in history, energy, and culinary excellence. After twenty years of building Hawksmoor in the UK, Ireland, Chicago, and New York, Hawksmoor is opening in Boston in fall, 2026.

In Fort Point, Hawksmoor Boston will be located at 15 Necco Street (Platinum LEED-certified) with space for 200+ guests, private dining and event spaces, a bar program recognized by the James Beard Foundation and Tales of the Cocktail, views across Fort Point Channel, and an outdoor terrace for long lunches and celebratory dinners. Reporting to the National Sales Director, we are looking for a Sales & Events Manager to join the team and help open Hawksmoor Boston and support the opening of our third US restaurant. Description The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for the full events presentation, packages, and execution of all private functions and private dining sales at Hawksmoor Boston. Responsibilities Creating and being responsible for the pre-opening sales program, launch activity, and momentum to ensure a successful launch with fully booked private dining rooms and ongoing bookings.

Promoting Hawksmoor Boston to discerning diners, including producing a Hawksmoor Private Dining sales pack as a communications tool for all bookers (concierge, personal assistants, core business events). Producing all sales and event collateral, emails, PDFs, website section, and social media content, plus information for key listings guides and B2B memberships. Liaising with sales and marketing communities, memberships, associations, listings guides, and people (PAs, concierges, event organizers) to ensure information is available and bookers are incentivized.

Ensuring digital tools, ecommerce and reservations systems, online booking, database and CRM systems are effective and within budget (e.g., Resy or OpenTable, Venga or alternatives). Collaborating with Hawksmoor personnel (general manager, marketing manager, bar manager, reception, chefs) to maintain calm and professional relationships. Carrying out regular showcases, tastings, commercial events, and private dining experiences with local businesses and key bookers.

Mapping the local area and engaging top professionals in banks, tech, media, retail, and other industries. Creating and owning the sales database and ensuring customized communications to target audiences. Ensuring sales materials are high quality, from business cards to invitation letters.

Producing and managing the Boston Sales Plan and embedding the Hawksmoor Boston Steak House brand and ethics into the local dining scene. Identifying and targeting private dining audiences, including local corporate clients, domestic and international tourists, media/agencies, families, and private dining room bookers. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, and sales.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and venue booking software.
