Job Description – Sales Engineer (Data Centre Solutions) Location: Delhi NCR Company: Shashidhar Spares Pvt Ltd Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and technically inclined Sales Engineer to drive business development in the data centre, telecom, and high-performance electronics segment .

The role involves promoting thermal management, EMI shielding, and liquid cooling-related solutions from Parker Hannifin portfolio (Chomerics & associated divisions), with a focus on engaging system integrators and OEMs. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop business opportunities in: o Data centres o EMS / ODM companies o Telecom & high-performance electronics • Promote solutions related to: o Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) o EMI shielding solutions o Liquid cooling ecosystem (in coordination with Parker teams) • Engage with: o Design engineers o Purchase teams o Project teams • Drive design-in activities at early stages of customer projects • Coordinate with Parker technical teams for: o Application support o Technical discussions o Joint customer meetings • Manage complete sales cycle: o Lead generation → Technical discussion → Closure → Follow-up Key Requirements Education: • B.E / B.Tech in: o Mechanical o Electrical o Electronics
